WHAT IT COSTS

Let’s talk about cost, honestly.

No two projects are the same, so we can’t put a sticker on this page. What we can do is tell you exactly how the number gets made, and make sure you see it before any work starts.

Custom work has no shelf price, because every build is shaped around one project that has never happened before.

But “it depends” is a maddening answer, and we’re not going to give it to you. Here is how it actually works: we get on a short call, we learn the project and the date, and a day or two later you get one clear number for the whole thing. You decide with the full picture in front of you, before we touch a line of code.

WAYS TO WORK

Three ways this usually starts.

Most projects fall into one of these shapes. We figure out which one fits on the first call.

01 / Fixed-price build

One number, one build.

You have a project and a date. We scope the whole thing and give you a single price for it, due against your go-live. You know the cost before we start, and it doesn’t move while we build.

most builds start here
02 / Pilot

A small first build.

Not sure yet? We start with one contained piece so you can see how we work and how it lands, on a small budget, before you commit to something bigger.

low-risk way in
03 / Ongoing

We stay on and run it.

For things that come back, the recurring event, the next release, the line that keeps ringing, we stay on to run and tune what we built so it’s sharper each time instead of starting cold.

WHAT MOVES THE NUMBER

Five things that set the price.

When we scope a build, these are what we’re weighing. The more of them lean heavy, the higher the number.

01How many moving parts there are. A single call-in line is one thing. A line, an RSVP page, a raffle, and a live dashboard talking to each other is another.
02How live and high-volume it runs. Something that has to hold up under a flood of people at once takes more care than something a handful of people touch.
03How fast the turnaround is. A comfortable runway costs less than a build that has to be solid in a few days.
04How much is net-new versus reused. Some of this we’ve built shapes of before and can move quickly on. Some of it is invented for you, and that takes longer.
05Whether you want us on-call the night of. Standing by live while it runs, watching it, fixing on the spot, is its own thing, and you can choose to add it or not.

Once it’s scoped, you get one number up front. No open-ended bill, no meter running while we work. If something changes mid-build, we tell you what it costs before we do it, so a change is a clear decision instead of a quiet surprise on the invoice.

Tell us the project. We’ll tell you the number.
